NHS England has reported that more than 100,000 people received treatment for hepatitis C between 2015 and August 2026. The milestone reflects a decade of work to find people living with the virus and provide curative treatment.
The programme has involved NHS services and partner organisations working in hospitals, communities and other settings to reach people who may otherwise have remained undiagnosed.
